Hey gang! A little while back I posted an article about Ergonomics that highlighted some specific posture exercises in a concise little youtube video.

I’ve recently noticed that the video I linked has been removed, so I decided to record my own version explaining how to do each exercise.

These exercises will stretch the muscles around your c5-c8 nerves and release tension that builds up from hunching over for long periods of time, if done properly and consistently.

Ideal frequency: 3 reps of each exercise (10 arm motions), twice a day.

It’s important to make sure you don’t press your chin down too hard, as you can actually strain the muscles that we are trying to stretch.
